stimulate the economy by recommending that all states give undocumented adults 18 and older a special license to drive!

Undocumented American Families who have been living in our country for over 10 years do indeed contribute to the American economy!
Although there isn't a path to citizenship yet, they should be permitted to come out of hiding in the shadows and be given the opportunity to legitimately enter the job market with a legal "non-voter" driver license as credentials.
These are not lazy people. They have survived under the radar hoping beyond hope that one day they will be American citizens. Their children have known only America as their beloved country.
Give them the legal opportunity to contribute their talents and devotion to America.
