In a barbaric experiment at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, cats have steel coils implanted in their eyes, holes drilled into their skulls, and electrodes implanted in their brains and then are deprived of food for several days at a time. Some cats are even intentionally deafened or have their ears cut off!Help me tell the federal government to stop funding this cruelty with our tax dollars!!!!
