FTC AND CFTC need to stop civil bans and start putting fraudsters in jail. The FTC and CFTC are prosecuting financial criminals as civil crimes and it is not stopping these criminals. Mr. President, we need change. Senator Nelson states himself that this has been going on since the 1980’s and the CFTC states in this hearing that these crooks jump from futures, to precious metals to whatever is easy to defraud American investors on at the time and it is the same people, over and over. These criminals do not care about the bans and turn around and start up a new fraudulent business. Please change the consequence for defrauding hard working Americans - the bans are not working.
