With the Sequester being "83 billion" in cuts, the first cut should be the 83 billion per month for the Wall Street Banksters. This subsidy is anti-competitive, and has the government supporting these institutions that have gotten far to big, and far too big to fail. The american people shouldn't have to pay for Wall Street's greed and lack of ethics.
