The Petitioners, LaShawn and LaVonne Washington file this petition and bring this charge against the United States on behalf of the Almighty God, who demands that it stops its complicity in genocide and crimes against humanity by its policy of state-sponsored abortion and for giving this crime against humanity protections under the United States Constitution; this heinous crime the appearance of legitimacy to other world governments.
God is the "womb of life" or the Source of all being, who does in fact assign value, purpose, and moral personhood to every human being. Thus the sanctity of all human life is to be respected, and should not be deprived simply because it is not wanted by another.
The unborn child in the womb is entiled to the full protections granted to it by the Almighty.
