Stop the process of Civil Asset Forfeiture. There have been over 66,000 cases of Civil Asset Forfeiture, where law abiding citizens have lost millions of dollars to local law enforcement officials with little or no recourse. The comedic aspect is only to emphasize the situations urgency, this is a major violation of the constitution, and needs to be stopped completely, nation wide, until it is either banned completely, or restricted by federal mandate to offer protections to the lawful owners and possessors of the forfeited property.
