Too many taxpaying American landowners are having their properties seized through the abuse of eminent domain whether by private companies for private gain, or for the convenience of public utilities or government. Millions of Americans are being intimidated, harassed, and forced to live in undesirable conditions while legislators and government agencies like FERC are controlled by big business and unwilling to address concerns for public health, safety and welfare. We must unite for our rights.
