The ability for the President to issue Executive Orders has been slowly distorted through the years to the point that few of them are challenged & most of them are outside their purview. Pres. Obama recently asked the American Public to increase the amount they pay in taxes for "fairness" while giving Federal Workers, including Congress pay raises. As most people working in the private sector know, pay raises usually are for work well done. That can't be said of this Congress.
