This is very important if we had stricter law.. Then they would not be half the death/neglect animal abuse cases you see today...People would learn while they are sitting in there jail cell for a very long time ....Then it may stop to help other animal abusers think twice about hurting a animal or to neglect there poor defenceless so called pets they love ...These kind of people need to learn a lesson and nothing is going to get done about it with pette jail time or no jail time at all these animals need justice an we need stricter law!!!!
