Whoever signs this petition is asking under their own free will to stop the abuse of the First Amendment right of Freedom to Petition by out of state residents on state or commonwealth petitions to secede from the United States.
Also we the people who have freely signed this petition ask that whenever a petition is signed, the person signing must put their home state or commonwealth.
I have read a petition for my commonwealth to secede and I find it disturbing that a solid amount of names were from people outside my commonwealth and/or did not put a place of residence when they signed. As an American, I find this an abuse of my First Amendment Right to Petition. I only ask whoever signs this petition, please help stop this abuse of the First Amendment.
