Stop the abuse of the welfare system .People should not be able to have more kids when they are on welfare.

Welfare was created to be a hand up and not a hand out. To some in this country it has become a lifestyle and the more kids you have the more money you get . this has got to stop.people need to take more personal responsiability.when you first sign up for welfare there should be a time frame attached. and during this time frame if you have more kids you will not receive extra assistance. Do the math. You cant take care of the kids you have so why have more.we need to use welfare as it was intended. To help hard working Americans who are going through a tough time get back on their feet or helping our elderly when their social security check just isnt enough.Lets stop this wasteful spending of our precious tax dollars.
