Consumers in ICFMR/DODD AND/or Nursing facilities have the right to feel safe and have no harm placed upon them at any level. More so in today's society more and more consumers are being abused/ neglected and their funds are being misused and it is being over looked by to many. In my opinion in my small town on the border line of Ohio/Indiana the facility on the Ohio side has a major incline regarding abuse/neglect and is continuously overlooked and it is sad that these individuals rights as humans are continuously taken from them and they have no voice to protect them.
