Stop abusing mentally, financially and emotionally biological parents and STOP selling children to strangers.
The DCF has gone too far. One system, that being, the welfare reform system says work work work with no assistance, the DCF condemns biological parents for working. DCF removes children and pays strangers to stay home while biological parents suffer.
The USA is in depth because the DCF spends millions to billions of dollars to strangers and kids are being abused & even killed in stranger's homes (over pay); this is part of the reason why we have a drug and gun issue in the USA. Just because individuals pass a background check, does not make them safe for children.
Stop selling kids. Set incentives with DCF to keep families together, NOT bonuses for every family they split up.
