We the people have abided by the Constitution of the United States of America for centuries. Over the past 4 years, the Obama Administration has bypassed, thrown away and abused the US Constitution based soley on current, isolated events. We the people request that the US Constitution and the Amendments of it, be deemed protected against political/Presidential misuse and abuse and modification. We the people believe that the US Constitution and/or the Constitutional Amendments cannot be changed/modified unless they are voted upon by the states and the American citizens. For the Constitution to be changed/modified, the proposal must receive an in-favor vote of 80% of all Registered Voters. This petition focuses on the 1st, 2nd, 10th, & 11th Amendments.
