One of Astrotec's patented (A Chinese Earphone brand) design on their earphone AX7 has been copied without consensus by the American Brand ACOUSTIC RESEARCH, which the released the hand one in China on Jun.4th, 2013.

Astrotec reserves the right to pursue legal action toward any infringement on Astrotec's intellectual property. Please take note that the earphone design in the above link and thread is from Astrotec. We hold the design patent in China and has not licensed any other company to use this design.
