By letting the Aetna-Humana merger happen it will create a monopoly on Medicare plans in many states for senior citizens and thousands of Humana employees will lose their jobs not just in Louisville, KY but all across the country. Many agents who work for the company will be released because Aetna does not have a captive agent position. This merger/sale will only benefit majority shareholders and Humana's executives who will make millions off the livelihood of others.
