Every human is created equal. stop the unequal standards associated with affirmative action and minority scholarships. Skin color should not determine who receives financial aid. The shade of ones skin should not make them any more or less deserving than another. Make all scholarships based on merit and financial need. Minorities can not be held to lower standards in order to fulfill quotas for funding. Repeal based on grounds of unconstitutionality. Humans are Humans.
