Why this is important?
Israel has nuclear weapons. It is illegal for the US government to send any type of foreign aid to a country that has nuclear weapons that has not signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Agreement. THE ENTIRE WORLD KNOWS THAT ISRAEL HAS NUCLEAR WEAPONS AND THEY HAVE NEVER SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT.
