Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte called the president of the United States "son of a bitch" just a month ago, and he followed it up lately with telling the president to "go to hell." Such insulting remarks revealed not only our different understanding of human rights, but disrespect and ingratitude of the Philippines toward the American people. Duterte's threat to join alliance with Russia or China will materialize sooner or later. So we ask that our government stop sending more aids to the Philippines.
