President Obama spoke at Georgetown University on June 25, 2013. His speech was about global warming and the plan to resolve it. However, his speech was "blasted out" by air plane noise, over 13 times.
The citizens of the Unites States can not hear our President speak because of air plane noise? This is not right and WE NEED TO STOP THE AIR PLANE NOISE as a country!
