Stop Air Travel from Africa to the United States During Ebola Epidemic

To protect the American people and help prevent the spread of the ebola virus in the United States, no travelers from Africa should be allowed on U.S. bound flights unless the traveler undergoes a 3 week quarantine in the country of origin to rule out ebola infection. The only exception to this is for U.S. medical or humanitarian aid personnel who are helping people in ebola-infected areas, and who can be returned to the U.S. on a segregated medical flight attended by medical personnel and are then placed in a quarantined medical facility immediately without exposure to the general public.
