Every day we are learning of people coming into the United States from Ebola-infected countries in Africa. It is wise to stop all air travel to and from West Africa into the United States so that the virus (which has killed almost 1,000 people to this date) does not spread. All it takes is for one infected person to get on the plane for it to spread. Airplanes are very small and people are often packed virtually on top of one another. Add someone who is infected onto the overcrowded plane and you end up transporting the virus all over the world. If we can't end all air travel to and from West Africa, we should at least test anyone coming into the United States from those areas to see if they are infected before they board any airplanes.
