Stop Airlines from charging passengers $150 when changing a ticket but not crediting the amount to us when they do it.

Airlines continue their unfair practice of charging passengers $150 whenever they make a change in a reservation for any reason. On the other hand there is never a credit (for the same amount) granted to the passenger when changes are made by the airline. Certainly those credits could be given in the accounts of those that have frequent flier accounts with the airline in question.
