Stop the recent forward advance of Al-Qaeda and it's affiliates from advancing further into Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan before they become a larger consolidated force. Prevent the seizure of US weapons by these terrorists so that they cannot be used against US citizens and/or our allies. Stop the needless suffering of hundreds of thousands, and soon to be millions of innocent Iraqi, Syrian, and Afghan citizens who are being forced to leave their towns, cities, and homes to flee from these terrorists and their tyranny. Restore control of areas recently invaded and captured by Al-Qaeda and it's affiliates to their rightful governments before the enemy forces become further organized and embedded and seize more US made weapons and capabilities before it is too late.
