Stop all aid to, and close all military bases in, any country outside of The United States of America and territories.

Whereas it is fiscally irresponsible to continue providing aid to foreign countries when we have to borrow that money from foreign countries, and
Whereas it is morally corrupt to continue putting American soldiers in harms way to help people who obviously don't welcome our presence, and
Whereas the United States of America has more than enough problems at home that need to be dealt with,
it is requested that the President, and Congress, craft legislation that restricts all foreign expenditures to only those that pertain to the reduction of debt owed to foreign governments, reduces military spending to a level necessary to defend this country alone, and uses the remainder for domestic programs such as NASA, infrastructure repair,and training programs for US citizens.
