Stop all aid to Egypt and use that money to give tuition assistance back to the Military and it can not be taken again.

The Government needs to stop all aid to the Muslim Brotherhood and Egypt's Government and instead give that money to pay for the Military Tuition Assistance and make it so it can never be take away again.
