Require the Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner to stop all compensation payments to Congress until they stop playing games with the US economy and pass a bill extending the debt ceiling until 2016. The "compensation holiday" shall include salaries, travel expenses and healthcare for all Congressman, their families and their staffs.
