In the event Congress fails to authorize adequate borrowing authority to allow the United States of America to meet all it's financial obligations when they come due, thereby forcing any form of government shutdown or default - All pay, benefits, and perks of office for all members of Congress and thier staff will cease and special elections will be called in 30 days for all members of both houses with terms equal to the current office holder. ongress will be ineffect "Fired".
