We continue to hear threats that Social Security, Medicare, the military, etc. will not be paid if Congress cannot agree to a budget. Before any payments are stopped the pay and benefits of Congress and the Executive Branch should be immediately suspended until they complete the job they were sent to Washington to do. I include the Executive Branch because the President is SUPPOSED to be a leader and help get the job done.
