Stop all congressional salaries after the budget deadline until a compromise is reached.

Congress, unlike hundreds of thousands of federal workers, will still get paid their salary during the shutdown. Yet because Congress has failed to deliver an approved budget millions of children and adults will fail to receive their WIC and other food program benefits. Congress has failed to act like reasonable adults. Instead we get career politicians who can't get over their egos and put the needs of their constituents first. These rules need to change! It's not fair that these children suffer and go hungry because a bunch of over-paid career politicians can't act like reasonable adults and do their job. In the real world you don't get paid just for showing up!
