We are guaranteed the right to bear arms in the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution. No where in that Amendment does it say we need to sign up to get permission to buy a gun, or are required to take a class in order to purchase a gun. Criminals, the people we really need to be tracking, do not sign up to purchase guns legally. They never have and never will. By continuing to pursue any and all anti-gun legislation, you are infringing upon our rights.
