Stop all efforts to limit the ability of U.S. citizens to purchase, carry, and use firearms and accessories.

Created by J.P. on December 21, 2012

Placing limitations on the purchase of weapons is a violation of the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution.

It is in the best interest of the peoples of the United States and facilitates the existence of the United States as nation of free people, for all adults not convicted of felonies to be able to purchase, carry, and use the firearms of their choice.

Any hindrances to that end violate the intent of the 2nd Amendment and jeopardize all constitutional limitations on the Government of the United States and the governments of each member state.

Without amending the Constitution of the United States, no limitations on weapons can be placed on the exercise of the 2nd Amendment rights by United States citizens.
