STOP ALL Entitlement Programs, STOP ALL Foreign Aid, and make ALL Federal Departments and Agencies cut their budgets by 15% and freeze ALL Department budgets at 2012 levels.
Basically it's simple... we need to stop riding on the back of the government for a free meal ticket this would stop programs like EBT. It will also stop paying other countries who also are looking for a free meal ticket. It will cut back federal spending on federal departments without effecting the federal workers retirement or health benefits.
