Stop all Federal payments to University of Phoenix schools. They put profits first and students a very distant second.

The University of Phoenix/Apollo Group schools are scams. They price their online classes at the maximum allowed by law. They are corrupt in their recruitment of students and compensating their employees based on enrollment numbers. They receive BILLIONS in federal aid dollars and have a graduation rate of only 14%. For online courses their graduation rate is only 6%. They have been involved in a number of lawsuits, but they still continue to operate with impunity. Our tax dollars should not be wasted and sent to this "school".
