The U.S. Government should not be acting like a corporation with it's handing out of bonuses to it's employees.
These people already have fantastic jobs with excellent benefits and are often overpaid already.
In many cases, the employees do nothing as their jobs are duplicates of another similar job in another agency.
There IS NO NEED to give ANY Federal Employee a bonus.
Additionally, giving bonuses to obnoxious & incompetent employees such as Kathleen Sebelius, Susan Rice, Jen Psaki, etc. would be political and a slap in the face to the taxpayers and voting Americans.
