We give billions in foreign aid to countries who are undeserving when fact is the United States needs aid. Fix the problems here at home. Until you fix that I say close the book. Where are those countries giving us money? We the taxpayers are taxed to the brink. Maybe if we stopped we could reduce the tax rate. It's starting to get really ridiculous. All I see is foreclosures, children starving and people reduced to nothing. Time to right the wrongs Washington.
