stop all foreign aid to any country that is involved in conflict where war, killing, or misuse of thier own funds have been issues over the last 25 yrs. no ifs, ands, or buts!
get rid of dept. of homeland security they have and are still trampling our rights with funding from our governemnt and basically no oversight, h.r. 645 and executive order 13528 will explain it all.
