Stop all foreign aid to Egypt.

Last month John Kerry pushed $1.3 Billion dollars worth of American tax dollars to fund the radical muslim brotherhood controlled Egyptian government. In a May 9th memo John Kerry said he was not satisfied with Egypt's progress, but still decided to push through a $1.3 Billion dollar aid package. This petition is to stop ALL foreign aid, both fiscal and humanitarian, to Egypt until Mohamed Morsi's government complies with the rules set by Congress. Further more John Kerry should also be brought before congress to answer why he went behind congresses back and sent the aid to Egypt.
