Until we pay off completely the public debt of the United States of America, AND take care of our own citizens, AND fix our own infrastructure problems; we should not be giving away our hard earned tax dollars to other countries so they can take care of their debts, their people, and their roads, bridges, electrical grids, and public works projects. It is illogical to continue funding programs in other countries when we are constantly on the verge of hitting "the debt ceiling" here at home.
