Stop All Foreign Aid To The Philippines

The Philippines is entering into a nasty era. One that started a month before the recent President of the Philippines.. Duterte. He has ordered the extrajudicial killings of over 3,000 people, He is going to side with China and Russia who aren't our allies, He does nothing for his people, and he defames Israel, Australia, The EU, People of the LGBT persuasion, and the United States President by name calling. Duterte has said publicly that he should treat our politicians who grant the Philippines foreign aid like trash because we'll continue to give more money. The United States has to discontinue giving our money to people who act as leaders to their people just to gain power and kill without a decent cause. Stop all foreign aid to the Philippines. The Philippines will never learn.
