Stop all foreign aid until the United States is out of debt and no one is homeless, hungry, or untreated health issues.

We are in a crisis. The United States of America is hemorrhaging money. Unemployment and homelessness is at all time high and there are children going to school and bed hungry. Most of the countries we are supporting have no intention of doing better or improving and look at the United States as a milk cow.
