To prevent bias laws in favor of profit at the cost of proper care of citizens due to the unethical practice of bribing politicians in congress and senate by health insurance companies and drug companies.
All forms of perks and funds used by lobbyists and other representatives of these companies should be outlawed and any violators who twist the laws to allow any form of bribery should be severely punished with heavy fines and/or imprisonment.
