Stop all future manufacture & interstate transportation of all multiple attached bullets clips and guns that use them.

The US is the only first-world, civilized country to allow virtually anyone to own automatic weapons and the ammunition to feed them. With a population of over 300 million there are bound to be sick and/or evil people who will take advantage of this to kill dozens at a time. While gun control itself is important, it is even more important to stop the sale of the ammunition that directly kill 10,000 people a year. The most effective way to do this is to outlaw the manufacture, sale or possession of the bullet clips that make these recent massacres possible. Allow only sale of single bullets and the guns that use them, insuring that hunters and people who need protection can still maintain their lawful use. Of course this would not apply to police and other officially exempt agencies.
