The U.S. government has a list of predatory mortgage companies that force homeowners in to foreclosure, thus increasing profits at the publics expense. IE: Chase Manhattan, J.P.Morgan. inc. a predatory co. that administers Fannie may, Freddie Mac loans. their economic collapse was brought about largely due to defaulted loans. If these homes were not being wrongly taken from owners, the housing industry would be more stable, and sustainable.
