Make a law that prohibits the government officials form being exempt on ANY law that they make for the people of this country. That includes and is not limited to guns, health INS, PAY, retirement, student loans, etc.
In other words any law that you as governing people make for the people has to be followed by you as people. Because you are people as well not gods and not above the law.
