Stop all immigration and close all points of entry into the United States until ISIS is defeated.

Immediate closure of ALL POINT OF ENTRY into the U.S. and stop ALL immigration of any kind, for any reason until 100% of the populace is officially and thoroughly documented allowing accountability, authentication, lawfulness and financial stability results in national security.
