Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared publicly, for the first time in recent Israeli elections, that he will never allow a Palestinian State. By denying the possibility of peace, and stating his intention to obstruct and prevent a possibility of a two state solution, the Prime Minister has destroyed any potential for peaceful co-existence with the indigenous Palestinian people. This declaration is also in direct contradiction with the past stated intention of Israel, and against international law and current UN resolutions.
With the intent to deny a Palestinian state, any funding provided to Israel by the United States would make us complicit in the commission of war crimes. We must stop all military funding to Israel until they acknowledge the Palestinian right of identity.
