Stop ALL military foreign aid in order to redirect out tax money to where it belongs -- the United States.

As of 2011, the United States gave foreign governments almost $18 billion to buy armaments. Nowhere in the US Constitution does it say it's the duty of Americans to arm foreign governments, many of which are corrupt Third World hellholes that oppress their citizens.

The money should be used to rebuild the United States.
