We the People need to immediately Stop All Monetary Aid to the country of India for Human Rights Violations.
India Must pass Laws to Prosecute and Convict Rapists and Murders. The latest victim was brutally Gang Raped and Murdered by Six men on Dec. 16,2012. Her Attackers must be brought to justice immediately and Convicted!
Then India must make New Laws in Her Name Honoring this latest Victim in her memory!
