We The People, whom have been given this great nation by our forefathers and by Almighty God, do hereby petition the Obama Administration to cease and desist the practice of allowing non-citizens financial benefits from the U.S. Treasury. This includes funds in grant form, from the U.S. Treasury Department to the States.
